building soft circuit switches
1. I started off with the following materials to build the soft circuit switch: two strips of Conductive fabric, two pieces of felt, and shoulder pad with a hole cut in the center.

2. Using fabric glue, I connected the two strips of fabric to felt.

3. Using fabric glue once more, I attached the felt onto the area of the shoulder pad that had the donut hole. The switch essentially activates when the two pieces of fabric touch.

4. The finishing touch was to seal it.

5. Then I sewed it onto a shirt, and connected the ends of the conductive fabric that were loose to 30 gauge wrap wire that I just poked through and twisted to seal. The ends of the wrap wire were then connected to header pins so that they could connect to my breadboard.
